  Mobile order JZ72 this morning. I had done everything the app told me and submitted my order. The app said it was submitted to the 420 Desplaines Ave. location in Forest Park. I rushed there thinking it would be quick, but damn. First, the drive thru mic must've been broken because after almost screaming my order number the 3rd time, I had to pull around for the nice lady to hear me. Then, she can't find my order and tells me to pull up to the pickup window for them to sort it out.
  
  At the pickup window, 2 managers act like I'm speaking an alien language as I show them the order confirmation number, the order itselt, and the fact that the order was submitted minutes earlier to this very location from the app.
  
  The manager refused to fulfill my order and told me I had to pull over or come in to place the order again. Not wanting to risk paying twice for the same order, and having been made 10 mins late for work, I declined and pulled off.
