  I'm really starting to hate this place. They do ok work but they are always late. This will be my last visit here. They have no concept of time. This is my 4th time coming here and every time they have been late. They give you a 9am appointment then don't show up until 9:30am or 10:00, then there is a line of ppl waiting by then and only 1 person to braid your hair. My appointment today was for 9am, I intentionally came at 9:30am bcus it's raining and I knew that they would be late and no one showed up until 10am to do my sew in. The first woman braided my hair for the sew in and then told me that the lady who would be sewing my hair in would be here in 30 minutes which means an hour their time. When I made the appointment I told them specifically that I needed to leave at a certain time bcus I was leaving to go out of town. They still were late and it's 1157am, I've been here since 930am and no one has started sewing my hair in. I'm very unsatisfied with this shop overall and I think they are very unprofessional, loud and very rude of them to speak French constantly when all the customers speak English. Be aware of this place
